Where are you located?

My office is at The Grove church building on the corner of 29th and Ave. J in Council Bluffs. My entrance is on the east side, off the parking lot.

What kind of counseling do you offer?

Life Revive offers a variety of counseling services such as eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Four Blinks Flash Technique, Psychoeducation, Stress Management, Christian Counseling, and attachment-based approaches.

Do I need a referral?

No referrals are needed.

How much do sessions cost?

Prices are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on needs. Please call for a 15 minute consultation.

Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time. Self-pay is accepted.

​

For equine therapy, do I need to already know about horses?

No. There is no need to have previous horse experience to participate in equine-assisted therapy.
